LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Reporting to: General Manager
Job brief:
• We are looking for a responsible Site Manager to oversee landscape maintenance for a high profile client.
• The ideal candidate will be an efficient, competent individual with good planning, implementing and
reporting skills as well as time management skills who will be able to work with a team of labourers and
supervisors to achieve the site tasks.

Responsibilities
• Client liaison and relationship management
• Communicate with management
• Organize workflow and allocating tasks while ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated
tasks
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• HR functions: 
o Maintain timekeeping and personnel records,
o managing leave records of staff,
o submission of timebook at month end
o Notifying office of disciplinary issue for attention of labour consultant
• Reporting function:
o Weekly planning
o Monthly reporting
• With the assistance of H&S Representative, ensure adherence to H&S requirements of site
• Attending monthly management meetings and progress reporting on sites

Requirements:
• Horticultural qualification
• Previous landscape maintenance experience
• Strong computer skills in word and excel to meet reporting requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent reporting and planning skills
• Excellent time management skills
• High level of integrity, honesty and reliability
• Efficient resource management
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• No criminal record
• Clean Drivers Licence
• Willingness to work hard, learn and grow within the business

Package:
• R20,000.00 – R25,000.00 salary
• R500 cellphone allowance
• Employer paid Provident Fund (8% of gross salary)
• Company vehicle purely for use during working hours for work-related functions
